Shipping policy

 

- Our Samples are shipped with Royal Mail Second Class delivery.  There is no charge for this shipping.

Sample orders are strictly restricted to1 box per customer.

- Our treats, supplements and 1.5Kg bags are shipped using Royal Mail 48hr Small / Medium parcel, depending on weight.  All small/medium parcels are collected the day after an order is placed.

- For our 7.5Kg, 12.5Kg and 15Kg bags, we have chosen to partner with FedEx.  Normally this would mean 48hr shipping, but with the increasing strain on delivery companies, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

 

Any orders placed on after 11am on Friday, or on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day

 

**We offer free delivery to MOST mainland UK addresses for our large bags**  

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping to the post codes that our courier has designated as Scottish Highlands & Islands, due to a hefty surcharge from our courier.

There is a 25Kg maximum weight for every parcel we send, so these postcodes incur a £5 delivery charge for each 25Kg of our large bags of food.
