Refund policy
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in 'as new' condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund application, you can contact us at info@rundogfood.com. If we need the product to be returned to our factory, we will arrange a collection with our courier.
If you wish to return a product to us for any reason please do so within 14 days of the delivery date. To receive a full refund, items must not have been used and must be returned to us with their original packaging intact.
The easiest way for you to return items is to follow these 3 steps:
1). Pack everything securely. Please include your order number.
2). State the reason for your return.
3). Send back to us at the following address: Millar Feeds Ltd, Dinning House, Manse Brae, Gargunnock, FK8 3BQ. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage as we are not liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit.
As soon as we receive the returned item we will issue a full refund to the card with which you made your purchase. This refund is subject to standard bank clearing times and depending on the payment method can take up to 7 working days.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
*If you cancel part of your order which was subject to a conditional Sale, Promotion or Free Delivery offer, the Sale, Promotion or Free Delivery offer may cease to apply. If you subsequently return any items, we reserve the right to charge you for the discount you received as part of any conditional Sale, Promotion or Free Delivery offer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
